Clair is an Associate in the Commercial Property Department. She has considerable experience in the area of commercial property acquisitions and disposals together with a strong background in landlord and tenant law.

Clair's practice is focused on development site acquisitions, investment acquisition and disposal and negotiation of leases for both office and retail space.

She also acts for a leading property developer in the development and disposal of the residential element of a high profile site on Dublin's south side.

Clair advises many of the firm's high net worth clients on the purchase and sale of residential property.
