Gillian is an Associate Solicitor in the Business Department and specialises in pensions, employee benefits and employment law.

She acts for sponsoring employers, trustees and scheme members in all aspects of pension matters. These include the establishment of pension schemes, amending existing schemes, trustee training and advising trustees and employers in relation to regulatory matters.

Gillian sets up share plans and advises public and private companies on various aspects of employee benefits including regulatory matters.

She advises on various aspects of employment law and regularly prepares and reviews employment contracts and staff handbooks. She also prepares employment due diligence reports in the context of the purchase of a business.

Gillian's approach is to assist clients in achieving a practical solution and guiding them through the process.
