Jennifer is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and has been with the firm since she began her traineeship in 1998. Jennifer advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution and is a member of the firm's Employment Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit. Jennifer acts in contentious employment matters and has represented both employers and employees in claims brought before the Irish Courts and Tribunals.

Jennifer also has particular expertise in advising licensed property owners and frequently advises on all aspects of the law relating to licensed properties. Jennifer represents clients in applications before the District and Circuit Court in relation to the very many licences granted pursuant to the Intoxicating Liquor Acts 1833 to 2008.

Jennifer has also developed expertise in the areas of pensions' litigation, defence of professional negligence claims and property disputes.
