Kate is a graduate of University College Dublin where she obtained a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies Degree in 2003. She qualified as a solicitor in early 2008 having completed the traineeship program at LK Shields Solicitors. She works as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

Kate advises on many aspects of general and commercial litigation and dispute resolution with an emphasis on defence of professional negligence claims against solicitors.

Kate is also a member of the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit.
