Lucy is a graduate of University College Cork where she obtained a BCL Degree in 2000. She subsequently graduated from University College Dublin with an LLM (Honours) in European Law. Lucy qualified as a solicitor in April 2006 having completed the LK Shields traineeship program and has since worked as an associate in the firm’ s Commercial Property Department.

Lucy advises on all aspects of commercial property and has particular experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease arrangements. Lucy also advises on the property aspects of share sales and acquisitions. Lucy has experience in advising in refinance arrangements and on aspects of secured borrowing.
