Neil is a member of the Banking
and Financial Services Group. He advises a wide range
of financial institutions and borrowers with respect to domestic
and cross-border financing transactions, including secured
and unsecured debt finance structures, property finance and
corporate banking.
Neil joined LK Shields Solicitors in January 2007 from the
banking department of another firm in Dublin. He has experience
of many high-profile and high-value transactions in his former
position and at LK Shields Solicitors.
