Rachel Murphy is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department practising primarily in the area of Family Law. She has considerable experience in relation to separation agreements, judicial separation and divorce and, in particular, where substantial assets and complex business arrangements are involved. Rachel also has experience in
co-habitation, guardianship and custody matters.

Rachel also practices as a collaborative solicitor for clients who wish to negotiate the terms of a separation or divorce on an uncontested basis through collaboration.

Rachel uses a pragmatic, client focused approach to assist clients in resolving family law matters through active collaboration directly between the parties, negotiations or mediation between the parties, where possible, and, where necessary, through the Court system.
