Susan is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation
and Dispute Resolution Department and is a member of the
firm's Employment,
Pensions and Employee Benefit's Unit.
She advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment
issues. This includes: advising on a broad spectrum of compliance
issues, such as drafting employment contracts, grievance and
disciplinary procedures, staff handbooks, and codes of conduct;
advising on redundancies and transfer of undertakings; and
representing clients in contentious employment disputes before
the Rights Commissioners, the EAT and the civil courts.
Susan has also dealt with a wide variety of commercial litigation
matters.
