Susan is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and has been with firm since she began her traineeship in 1999. Susan advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution but her practice consists mainly of defence of professional negligence claims. Susan is also experienced in a wide range of commercial litigation such as shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, litigation against financial institutions and debt collection as well as tax related criminal law. Susan is also a member of the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency unit.
