Zelda is an Associate Solicitor in the Business Department. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 having completed her apprenticeship with LK Shields Solicitors where she has been since 2002.

Zelda's main practice area is in mergers and acquisitions and she also has extensive experience in a broad range of commercial transactions and industry sectors both in Ireland and overseas.

Zelda specialises in commercial arrangements and has broad experience in tailoring all forms of legal contracts to meet specific client needs.

Zelda also has a particular interest in Employment Law. She recently completed the Diploma in Employment Law in UCD and provides employment advice to clients in particular in the context of acquisitions.

Zelda regularly attends seminars and conferences relevant to her areas of expertise and has written articles for several publications.
