Aoife is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is a member of the firm’s Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefit’s Unit. Aoife has considerable experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation and employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. She has acted in many employment related disputes including disputes involving high level executives.

Aoife’s other practice areas include tort law, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, insolvency and defamation.

Aoife is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on employment issues and frequently writes articles on a wide range of topical employment law related matters.
