Deirdre's practice is primarily focused on technology, and
her interest and knowledge in many other areas stem from this.
She is the Head of the Intellectual
Property and Technology Unit. She has a considerable amount
of experience in assisting clients of all sizes, both domestic
and international.
Deirdre's approach to her work is to help her clients to
achieve their commercial objective. Whether dealing with IT
contracts, intellectual property matters, outsourcing, data
protection, software licensing or e-commerce, she ensures
that the client's objective is always to the fore.
Deirdre is also a leading adviser in the area of gaming and
gambling law, and is a member of the firm's Gaming
and Gambling Unit.
Deirdre has been widely published on IT, intellectual property,
data protection, advertising and related matters.
