Gerry is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department . He is also a member of the Healthcare, Energy and Banking Units.

Gerry has many years of practice and legal experience in all aspects of the negotiation, drafting and settlement of commercial leases and renewals.

In construction matters he acts for and advises developers as well as banks and mortgage providers on a wide range of construction issues. These include standard and bespoke building contracts, development agreements, collateral warranties, planning conditions, and compliance.

He also specializes in tax based property transactions involving investor funding, hospital and nursing home developments as well as property and transactional documents arising from renewable energy and in particular wind energy.

Gerry, together with other members of the Banking Unit, has expertise on a wide range of security matters, and in particular real property and construction related issues.
