Hugh is Managing Partner and a Partner in the Litigation
and Dispute Resolution Department. Hugh became a Partner
in 1995 and Managing Partner in 2005.
Hugh's practice includes commercial litigation and dispute
resolution, the representation of parties before Tribunals
of Inquiry established by the Irish Parliament, employment
disputes, shareholder disputes, arbitration and insolvency.
During his career Hugh has been involved in many complex
and high profile disputes, including contractual, shareholder
and employment disputes, and has represented many high profile
individuals and companies before various Tribunals of Inquiry
established by the Irish Parliament. Hugh is known for his
hands on and commercial approach to the resolution of disputes
in a fashion that meets the commercial needs of his clients.
