Jim is a Partner and is Head of the Commercial
Property Department in LK Shields Solicitors. He has a
wealth of experience in major property development projects
and in the past has acted for a wide range of clients including
property developers, institutional investors, Semi State agencies
and financial institutions.
Jim's practice has included advising on development and construction
issues, site acquisition in the context of major projects
and acting for and on the opposite side from funding institutions
in large projects.
Jim specialises in commercial property investment and disposal,
property development, landlord and tenant and property finance.
He has considerable experience particularly in hospital and
other healthcare facility development.
He is well known for his problem solving approach.
