Joe established a banking and finance practice in LK Shields
Solicitors in 1995 and currently leads the Banking
and Financial Services Group.
His practice has benefited significantly from the emergence
of the IFSC as a centre for financial services.
Joe advises several major institutions on Irish law relating
to investment funds, hedge funds, debt structures, EU Financial
Directives and secured lending transactions.
Joe is known for being accessible and "hands-on"
