Tom is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. His principal areas of practice are professional negligence, agency, contractual and shareholder actions, construction disputes and pension related litigation.

Tom has particular experience in the prosecution of large scale multi-party litigation requiring case-management and in the prosecution and defence of claims before the Irish Commercial Court. Tom has also developed a niche practice in advising in relation to commercial agency disputes having been involved in the prosecution of a number of claims leading to landmark decisions in this area.
