Since the firm's inception in 1988 Litigation and Dispute Resolution has been a core part of the firm's business. The Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department continues to form a key and expanding part of the firm's business. The department is considered to be one of the top Litigation and Dispute Resolution practices in Ireland as recognised by various international publications, including The European Legal 500.

The department is comprised of thirteen solicitors including four of the firm's Partners together with a number of trainees, legal executives and other support staff and has the experience, expertise and resources to ensure the provision of first class quality solution focused service to our clients. This service ranges from pre-dispute advice to representation before Courts at every level in Ireland and before a range of Tribunals. The department has extensive experience in acting in national and international litigation as well as in alternative dispute resolution techniques ranging from arbitrations to mediations.
