We acted for Seroba BioVentures Limited, Street Capital Limited and Atlantic Bridge in relation to a further round of financing into Biosensia Limited (formally Nanacomms).

We had acted previously for Atlantic Bridge and Street in their investing into Biosensia Limited and we are acting for the first time in relation to Seroba.
