New Partner, Niamh Loughran, Appointed in the
Litgation and Dispute Resolution Department
We are delighted to welcome Niamh
Loughran to the team at LK Shields Solicitors.
Niamh joined the firm in March as a Partner in our Litigation
and Dispute Resolution Department.

Niamh
is co-chair of the
Young Litigators' Forum at the
International Bar Association (IBA) and Treasurer of the
Irish Maritime Law Association (IMLA).
She has considerable experience in commercial litigation generally,
building contract disputes, maritime and admiralty law and aviation
litigation.
