Oxford Aviation Academy Group acquires
Parc Aviation Group
We advised Oxford Aviation Academy Group in relation to its recent
acquisition of Parc Aviation Group. The transaction completed on
7 July 2008 by way of share purchase.
Oxford Aviation Academy Group entered the ab initio training market
in June 2007 following its acquisition of Oxford Aviation Training,
BAE Systems Regional Aircraft Customer Training Centre in December
2007. With over 500 full-time employees across the world it is considered
to be Europe's largest independent aviation training organisation,
providing aviation training to over 350 customers worldwide.
The acquisition of Parc has resulted in the first integrated organisation
capable of training (from ab initio through to type ratings) and
supplying newly qualified and experienced flight crew to airlines.
Our team, which advised on all Irish aspects of the deal, was led
