LK Shields Solicitors assisted Turner Investment Partners Inc., a United States-based investment management firm, in relation to the successful launch of its first UCITS III investment company called Turner Funds plc, with four initial sub-funds, which are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Headquartered near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and founded in 1990, Turner Investment Partners Inc. manages growth, value, core and quantitative portfolios and mutual funds on behalf of institutions and individuals.

As a UCITS III vehicle, Turner Funds plc intends to offer the four initial sub-funds to institutional investors throughout Europe and also in the Middle East.
