LK Shields Solicitors acted for the shareholders of Vilicom Holdings Limited (trading as iProperty) in the sale of the company to Shared Access Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shared Access, LLC on 31 July 2008.

Vilicom Holdings Limited develops, manages and maintains wireless telecommunications sites for wireless operators and service providers.

Shared Access has targeted the Irish and UK mobile site markets for major investment, leveraging significant capital resources to become the Irish and UK leader in the provision of shared wireless infrastructure towers/masts, neutral host in-building and DAS systems, and rural shared RAN solutions.
