Sale of CI-3 to Wolters Kluwer

We acted for the Shareholders of CI-3 in the sale of the company to Wolters Kluwer for an undisclosed sum.

Emmet Scully, Partner in the Business Department, led the transaction, with the assistance of Deirdre Kilroy, Head of the Intellectual Property and Technology Unit, and Zelda Deasy, Associate in the Business Department.
