We acted for John Ryan and Gerry Grady in relation to the disposal of JVA Analytical Limited (JVA) to pharmaceutical wholesaler and distributor United Drug Plc for consideration in the region of €21 million.

JVA supplies laboratory instrumentation, consumables, and services to analytical, environmental, educational and regulatory laboratories and offers maintenance services for laboratory instrumentation supplied by it.

This transaction was led by Gerry Halpenny, Partner in the Business Department, with the assistance of Associates Zelda Deasy in the Business Department, Lucy O'Connell in the Commercial Property Department and Gillian Dully in the Pensions, Employment and Employee Benefits Unit.
