We acted for James and Maura Hegarty who sold the entire share capital of Hegarty Financial Management Limited to Citadel Financial Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Liver.

This was a significant transaction for Citadel, marking a new departure and the adoption of a strategy of acquiring existing financial intermediaries.
